Take a look at the newly renovated 57th Street Burberry Flagship in NYC. New concrete floors, plaster walls, and an open layout transform the space. Before this boutique underwent renovations, DCC completed the pop-up store on 5th Avenue.

Today, we honor and recognize the remarkable achievements of our Field Operations Director, Brian Prescott, as he reaches an impressive milestone of 17 years of service at DCC!

In the construction industry, a strong field team is essential for ensuring client satisfaction, and Brian has been the driving force behind our success in this aspect. His leadership and guidance have played a pivotal role in the daily operations, direction of the jobsite, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Throughout his tenure, Brian has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to DCC. Despite having numerous opportunities elsewhere, he has chosen to remain committed to our company. As a mentor to many, he's been known as a "great boss", extending knowledge with a good dose of humor. Brian has a saying "Training never ends" and it shows, whether Brian is learning or teaching, every day is an opportunity to do better.

Brian's relentless work ethic is unmatched (he spends as much time in the air as on the ground traveling). And for that, we extend our congratulations and deepest appreciation to Brian Prescott on his remarkable 17-year journey with DCC. Your contributions, mentorship, and ability to overcome obstacles have been invaluable to our team's success. Completed in 2015, this Hermes flagship was designed by Paris-based architecture firm RDAI, the boutique is a glass-clad volume surrounded by a grove of steel rods, all painted white and varying in thickness. The three-story boutique includes a rooftop terrace, planted with trees. Inside, the store is anchored by a curvilinear undulating terrazzo-and-plaster staircase and showcases its classic mosaic tile floor at the ground level. DCC has built 25 Hermes boutiques over the course of 14 years.
