Frank Naliboff is co-founder of Dickinson Cameron Construction (DCC) and serves as the firm’s chief executive officer and president. Since establishing the firm in 1994, Frank has helped DCC become one of the nation’s leading construction firms, providing high-end retail and restaurant clients with the latest in construction design and green building technologies.
With a career spanning three decades and a foundation in mechanical engineering, Frank is recognized as one of the most accomplished retail general contractors in the country.

Ron initially joined DCC in 1993 as a Hawaii-based project manager and was quickly promoted to director of our Hawaiian division in Honolulu. Ron demonstrates an outstanding work ethic and aptitude for attracting new clients in the luxury retail and restaurant segments. His ability to interface with existing clients to grow the company’s sales and brand awareness has made him a vital asset in the expansion of DCC throughout the years.
Ron ran work at DCC for many years and now oversees the DCC project teams as a Project Executive. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company, our people and our clients.

Maryam Samady joined the Dickinson Cameron team as controller in 2007. She has since taken on the role of vice president of finance. With a Master’s in Business Administration and background in finance, Maryam has designed and implemented more efficient accounting systems and fiscal procedures to streamline DCC operations. In addition to her primary role as vice president, Maryam’s business acumen extends well beyond the accounting arena. The entire DCC team regularly consults with Maryam, seeking her input on key business decisions related to marketing, human resources, business development, safety and legal compliance which are all the departments she oversees
Project Executive
Chris Nightingale heads up Dickinson Cameron’s restaurant division as senior project manager, Chris brings with him over 20 years of experience in restaurant development and construction. There he led construction efforts for several large scale national restaurant groups prior to joining DCC. Since his arrival in 2007, Chris has contributed to the expansion of the restaurant division, which specializes in the building and remodeling of both fine and casual dining concepts as well as other hospitality ventures. Chris excels at getting a project up and running on budget and according to schedule.
PROJECT EXECUTIVE
Brian Naliboff joined the Dickinson Cameron team in 2013, and serves as a project manager and project executive. Following graduation with a degree in political science, Brian began work on projects as an assistant superintendent and steadily expanded his responsibilities and role to his current position. Brian has worked on projects throughout the U.S. in the retail and restaurant construction sectors for DCC. Brian has been crucial in our New York City expansion and has taken the lead on managing Dickinson Cameron’s east coast office.
FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
Jeff Mather started his career with Dickinson Cameron in 2005 as a superintendent building projects for clients such as Chanel, and Cartier, proving himself to be a leader going beyond the needs of each client. Jeff was then promoted to General Superintendent, and now, Field Operations Manager further honing his knack for mentorship and relationship management. Responsible for the oversight of Superintendents, Jeff pays special attention to safety, schedule and quality control. Jeff’s talent for managing relationships, coupled with hands on problem solving and focus on big picture end-goals, has made him an immeasurable asset to the project team and a superior coach and mentor.
FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER
Brian Prescott has been with Dickinson Cameron for over a decade starting his career as Superintendent. Since then, as Field Operations Manager, he has exemplified a practical and solutions orientated leadership for all DCC superintendents to draw from. Beyond Superintendent oversight, Brian also pays special attention to safety, schedule and quality control. His talent for managing and mentoring on-site members of the team is a core strength that has contributed to DCC’s ability to consistently and smoothly overcome construction challenges.
CORPORATE SAFETY OFFICER
Tom joined DCC in 2018 bringing with him his vast knowledge and leadership skills in both office and field safety. Tom’s approach to safety focuses on developing a strong culture across a business – he focuses on communication, training and development of project teams to ensure the safety program is promoted and owned by each individual team member. He enjoys partnering with the team in finding ways to get everyone to perform at their best, safely, even in the fast-paced environment they are working in by recognizing proactive actions and mitigating risks. His record of over 3 million-man hours supervised without a lost time injury is a testament to this method.
