Frank Naliboff is co-founder of Dickinson Cameron Construction (DCC) and serves as the firm’s chief executive officer and president. Since establishing the firm in 1994, Frank has helped DCC become the nation’s leading luxury retail and restaurant general contractor, providing clients with the latest construction design and green building technologies.
With a career spanning four decades and a foundation in mechanical engineering, Frank is recognized as one of the most accomplished retail and restaurant builder in the country. Dickinson Cameron’s clients value his innovative and collaborative approach to project management, as well as his unique ability to guide multifaceted projects from conception to completion. Frank continues to exceed the most discerning of client’s expectations with his industry insights, integrity, and uncompromising work ethic.

Vice President Hawaii
Ron has been with DCC since its inception, starting as a Hawaii-based project manager in 1994 and quickly rising to the position of director of our Hawaiian division in Honolulu. Ron has since served as a steadfast supporter of Hawaii and mainland projects. Working with prestigious clients like Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Fendi. His knowledge of Hawaii construction nuances, as well as his relationships with subcontractors, are invaluable on all DCC projects. In addition to project management, his ability to interact with existing clients in order to improve the company’s sales and brand awareness has proven to be a valuable asset in DCC’s growth over time.
Chief Financial Officer
Maryam Samady joined the DCC team as controller in 2007 following a successful career in the corporate offices of Island’s Restaurants. She has since taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer. With a Master’s in Business Administration, Maryam has been instrumental in designing and implementing new and efficient accounting systems and fiscal procedures streamlining DCC operations. In addition to her primary role as vice president, Maryam’s business acumen extends well beyond the accounting arena. She oversees multiple departments including Marketing, Human Resources, Business Development, Safety, and Legal compliance. Her mission for her departments is “to provide the most innovative framework and service for the entire company that propels every DCC member to their fullest potential.”

John Schaub joined DCC in 2021 after a long and successful career with Cartier, Kate Spade, and Polo Jeans Co. John was Cartier’s Vice President of Store Planning and Construction. His understanding of the luxury retail industry, as well as his ability to streamline and support operations, are critical to the growth and unification of our team. As Vice President of Retail Operations, John is in charge of leading and mentoring DCC project managers, developing new business opportunities, managing staff, and overseeing process performance.

Brian Naliboff joined the DCC team in 2013, and currently serves as a project executive and VP of Pre-Construction and Sales. Brian began work on projects as an assistant superintendent and steadily expanded his responsibilities and role to his current position. He has been instrumental in establishing and mentoring our New York office for several years, is fearless in introducing innovative tools and software, obtaining unique projects, and has tenaciously driven our operational strategy forward by increasing sales and building relationships with our clients. His continual interest and new ideas in the quest of excellence are crucial in interacting with other team members and managing the Preconstruction and Sales department teams.
DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SAFETY
Tom joined DCC in 2018 bringing with him over 25 years of knowledge and leadership skills in both office and field safety. Tom’s approach to safety focuses on developing a strong culture across a business – he focuses on communication, training and development of project teams to ensure the safety program is promoted and owned by each individual team member. He enjoys partnering with the team in finding ways to get everyone to perform at their best, safely, even in the fast-paced environment they are working in by recognizing proactive actions and mitigating risks. His record of over 3 million-man hours supervised without a lost time injury is a testament to this method.

Brian Prescott has been with Dickinson Cameron for over a decade starting his career as Superintendent. In his next role as Field Operations Manager, he exemplified a practical and solutions-orientated leadership for all DCC superintendents to draw from. Most recently, Brian has been promoted to Director of Field Operations. Beyond Superintendent oversight, Brian also pays special attention to safety, schedule, and quality control. His talent for managing and mentoring on-site members of the team is a core strength that has contributed to DCC’s ability to consistently and smoothly overcome construction challenges.
