President & CEO
Frank Naliboff is co-founder of Dickinson Cameron Construction (DCC) and serves as the firm’s chief executive officer and president. Since establishing the firm in 1994, Frank has helped DCC become one of the nation’s leading construction firms, providing high-end retail and restaurant clients with the latest in construction design and green building technologies.
With a career spanning three decades and a foundation in mechanical engineering, Frank is recognized as one of the most accomplished retail general contractors in the country.

Vice President Hawaii
Ron initially joined DCC in 1993 as a Hawaii-based project manager and was quickly promoted to director of our Hawaiian division in Honolulu. Ron demonstrates an outstanding work ethic and aptitude for attracting new clients in the luxury retail and restaurant segments. His ability to interface with existing clients to grow the company’s sales and brand awareness has made him a vital asset in the expansion of DCC throughout the years.
Ron ran work at DCC for many years and now oversees the DCC project teams as a Project Executive and VP of Hawaii projects. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company, our people and our clients.
Chief Financial Officer
Maryam Samady joined the Dickinson Cameron team as controller in 2007. She has since taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer. With a Master’s in Business Administration and background in finance, Maryam has designed and implemented more efficient accounting systems and fiscal procedures to streamline DCC operations. In addition to her primary role as vice president, Maryam’s business acumen extends well beyond the accounting arena. She oversees multiple departments including Marketing, Human Resources, Business Development, Safety and Legal compliance. With the mission of these departments being: to provide the most innovative framework and service for the entire company that propels every DCC member to their fullest potential.
Vice President Restaurants
Chris Nightingale heads up Dickinson Cameron’s restaurant division with over 20 years of experience in restaurant development and construction industry. Prior to joining DCC, he led construction efforts for several large scale national restaurant groups. Since his arrival in 2007, Chris has contributed to the expansion of the restaurant division, having doubled the restaurant volume at DCC, established and mentored a core group of PMs and PCs as well as established long-term clientele relationships. DCC’s restaurant solid expertise specializes in the building and remodeling of both fine and casual dining concepts as well as other hospitality ventures. Chris excels at getting a project up and running on budget and according to schedule.

John Schaub joins DCC after a long and exceptional history working for brands such as Cartier, Kate Spade and Polo Jeans Co. With Cartier, John was the Vice President of Store Planning and Construction. His understanding of the luxury retail world and his ability to streamline and support operations are essential for growing and standardizing our team. As Vice President of Retail Operations, John is responsible for the leadership of DCC retail project managers, continually developing new business opportunities, overseeing staff, and process performance.

vice president Pre-construction & sales
Brian Naliboff joined the Dickinson Cameron team in 2013, and currently serves as a project executive and VP of Pre-Construction and Sales. Brian began work on projects as an assistant superintendent and steadily expanded his responsibilities and role to his current position. For the past few years, he played a key role in establishing & mentoring our NY office, is fearless in introducing innovative tools & software, obtaining unique projects, and has tenaciously driven our operational strategy forward by increasing our sales and building relationships with our clientele. His continued curiosity and creative ideas in the pursuit of excellence plays a critical role in collaborating with other team members and leading the Preconstruction and sales department team members.
DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE SAFETY
Tom joined DCC in 2018 bringing with him his vast knowledge and leadership skills in both office and field safety. Tom’s approach to safety focuses on developing a strong culture across a business – he focuses on communication, training and development of project teams to ensure the safety program is promoted and owned by each individual team member.  He enjoys partnering with the team in finding ways to get everyone to perform at their best, safely, even in the fast-paced environment they are working in by recognizing proactive actions and mitigating risks.  His record of over 3 million-man hours supervised without a lost time injury is a testament to this method.Â
DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONSÂ
Brian Prescott has been with Dickinson Cameron for over a decade starting his career as Superintendent. As Field Operations Manager, he exemplified a practical and solutions orientated leadership for all DCC superintendents to draw from. Most recently, Brian has been promoted to Director of Field Operations. Beyond Superintendent oversight, Brian also pays special attention to safety, schedule and quality control. His talent for managing and mentoring on-site members of the team is a core strength that has contributed to DCC’s ability to consistently and smoothly overcome construction challenges.
