The collaboration between DCC and Fox Restaurant Concepts marked a significant milestone as they embarked on their first joint venture. Fox Restaurant Concepts, renowned for their diverse portfolio including North Italia and Flower Child, is currently expanding with the development of new concepts such as DoughBird, and Blanco Taco in addition to Culinary Dropout. The Culinary Dropout project was an impressive 12,000 sq ft undertaking, featuring a vast custom kitchen, a state-of-the-art pollution control unit, and a structurally fire-rated mezzanine. Notably, this project was situated just half a block away from the North Italia establishment completed by the same team three years prior.
The restaurant’s layout is designed to accommodate up to 600 patrons, featuring a 360° bar equipped with multiple TVs for sports viewing, a spacious dining room, and a pet-friendly outdoor patio with yard games. Additionally, the establishment offers two private event spaces, each characterized by its unique ambiance. In the role of the general contractor, our focus is on overseeing the construction process to ensure the successful integration of these various elements according to the project specifications. The dedicated project team brought their expertise and collaborative spirit to create another noteworthy addition to the Fox Restaurant Concepts family.
