Dickinson Cameron recently completed the LEED-certified Bottega Veneta boutique in San Francisco, California’s Union Square. As general contractor, our scope of work required demolition and construction of all new interiors. A new chair lift, new MEP, and new back-of-house space in the basement were all part of the interior construction.
The renovation combined two separate spaces into one, doubling the boutique to over 6,000 sqft. The two storefronts (Geary Street and Maiden Lane) were cladded in custom pyramid profile black granite stone.
The custom wooden ramp is the most distinctive design element – a creative solution to the elevation change between the two storefront entries. Exposed interior steel members and honed concrete flooring finish its modern design.
Congratulations to the entire team! Special thanks to Aurora Glazing, The Sourcestone, and Sanders Framing and Drywall for their well-executed and stellar work. The Dickinson Cameron team, Brandon Baxter, Justin Frye, and Linda Crandell were instrumental in the success of the project and we thank them for a job well done.
