Since 2009, Dickinson Cameron Construction (DCC) has participated in the construction of some of the most highly visible LEED-certified retail projects in the nation. Our staff in both New York City and Carlsbad are LEED Accredited and LEED experienced. LEED, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is the “most widely used green building rating system in the world … [and] provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings,” according to usgbc.org.
We are a member of the USGBC and have protocols set in place to acquire the points necessary to maintain our standing. We have also successfully partnered with architects and clients to complete the most complex LEED projects, and share the vision and goal to successfully create high performance spaces in the most environmentally responsible way.
