Connecting With Our Community

Since 1987, Monarch School has provided thousands of unhoused students with a sense of belonging and hope. Dickinson Cameron is proud to support the school’s endeavors and connect our building community with Monarch’s community. The one-of-a-kind and innovative Kindergarten through 12th-grade school gives students the stability and security they need to heal and learn.

Every month, Monarch School hosts a dinner for all of their students and families, which is sponsored and served by a volunteer group. The Family Dinner allows our families and staff to connect with one another while also celebrating our school community. Dickinson Cameron is excited to announce our commitment to hosting at least one dinner every year and it begins with this April’s Family Dinner.  DCC’s volunteers were honored to serve over 300 meals to the kids and their families. 

Cultivating Partnerships

Over the last 5 years, Dickinson Cameron has raised and donated more than $70,000 for community causes and has dedicated a huge number of resources to making community outreach an integral part of the culture. This ongoing program and partnership with Monarch School is a rewarding opportunity for the DCC team to give back to children in need, and we are always looking for additional partners to get involved by donating or volunteering. Judging by the smiles on all the kids’ faces, this year’s event was a huge success and will continue to give them hope for the future.
