The completion of the Wynn project marks the 19th project in 10 years for the esteemed client, Hermes, by Dickinson Cameron. The boutique was designed by RDAI and managed by Montes Laudano. Hermes opened its first Las Vegas location at the Bellagio, which DCC remodeled in 2011. Its 3rd location was also built by DCC located in the Shops at Crystals in 2018.
Bathed in natural light from a skylight cupola above, the two-story space represents an expansion of more than two times the square footage, with 4,715 square feet of space, from the previous boutique. The design reflects Las Vegas’ desert landscapes with copper tones, flecks of gold, and serene terrazzo floors.
Encompassing two levels, the store features a VIP salon wrapped in cherry wood paneling and silk wall coverings, a homewares section, beauty, and of course, fashion.
The project schedule lasted 8 months including Covid shut downs. Scope included elevator pit, structural steel, new staircase, all new MEP, finishes, storefront and a remote storage space.
