SAFETY… IT’S OUR LIFE AND YOURS
It starts with safety. This is not a slogan or a cliché statement. It must be pervasive in an organization to have success.
The highest priority will always be protecting the people in Dickinson Cameron’s sphere of influence. Firstly, from injury and pain. Having successfully navigated this, we are then empowered to be able to perform quality work and deliver a world class project, which can only be done with a firmly rooted culture of safety, and risk awareness.
The Dickinson Cameron culture of safety begins with the complete embracement of the priority on workplace safety consistently communicated and supported thru all layers of management. There is a laser focus on the expectation that we will deliver each project incident-free.

We are committed to the safety of our employees, subcontractor and community. Hence, we pledged to get our jobs up and running in the safest manner possible amidst this public health crisis. To do so- we are asking all subcontractors to sign the following pledge to adopt and enforce the major guidelines set out by the CDC and NHS to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The purpose of this initiative: to put social distancing as the highest priority for the jobsite workforce, for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis.
We will abide by Federal, State and local mandates and review suggested guidelines for implementing the best practices for managing the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. The latest information and guidelines will be posted on the jobsite safety board and reviewed at the Jobsite Safety Meeting and subcontractor huddles. The intent of this pledge is to minimize the risk of our front-line workforce from transmitting the virus to the jobsite and spreading it to the community at large. We will be communicating this pledge to our clients, landlords and/or jobsite municipalities that are mandating stops in construction to create a reliable dialogue about re-starting work.
