The 19,000 SQFT store is located in Beverly Hills and designed by Montes Laudano Architects. The 4 level ground up flagship store utilized BIM for MEP coordination. Scope included demolition of interiors and transformation into  two levels of sales, one level of BOH management and offices and a roof deck with a garden and water feature. The grand stairwell was constructed of GFRG walls and top caps, venetian plaster, stone steps and topped off with a skylight at the top of the three-story stairwell.  The façade was framed of a stainless steel structural water screen that held the Italian stone anchored system. The project was certified LEED Silver.
