The Fendi two-story Tenant Improvement (TI) project in Honolulu, Hawaii, covers 3,790 square feet. DCC’s work encompassed various tasks, including preparing structural elements for exterior radius windows and constructing an interior grand stairwell. Notable features included a knife-edge cove ceiling with specialized lighting, metal stud drywall framing, and flooring with Patagonia stone and resin-poured finishes. The project introduced novel concepts for Fendi, such as stone palm panels and arch windows on the exterior façade, alongside interior design elements like bamboo wall covering and stainless steel shelving. Coordinating multiple Italian millwork companies posed a significant challenge, demanding precise scheduling and integration of finishes.
