The collaboration between DCC and Fox Restaurant Concepts marked a significant milestone as they embarked on their first joint venture. Fox Restaurant Concepts, renowned for their diverse portfolio including North Italia and Flower Child, is currently expanding with the development of new concepts such as CDO, DoughBird, and Blanco. The project at hand was an impressive 12,000 sq ft undertaking, featuring a vast custom kitchen, a state-of-the-art pollution control unit, and a structurally fire-rated mezzanine. Notably, this project was situated just half a block away from the North Italia establishment completed by the same team three years prior. The dedicated project team, led by Gerry, Emile, and Andy M, brought their expertise and collaborative spirit to create another noteworthy addition to the Fox Restaurant Concepts family.
