Built in partnership with Watershed Partners, this project was completed in 2014. The new 22,860 sqft ground up 4 story building for the Burberry flagship is located on the corner of Dalton Way and Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and designed by  Callison. Scope included complete demolition of the existing two-story building. Extensive earthwork methodology was required to prepare for basement and three stories of steel and heavy gage framing with a stone and EIFS exterior. Interior finishes consisted of marble and wood flooring, fabric and wood paneling walls specialty lighting and cove ceilings along with a grand stairwell and roof deck private garden area.
