Emma has been with DCC for nearly two years, and her contributions have been invaluable. She plays a vital role in project management operations, from preparing submittals to maintaining financial reports. Emma’s meticulous attention to detail and her ability to work seamlessly with all project team members ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Emma’s journey to DCC is marked by over 20 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and financial operations within the builder, design, and restaurant industries. At DCC, Emma has worked on prestigious projects such as Loro Piana, Dior, Hermes, and Tiffany & Co. across the US. Her extensive experience and dedication make her a true asset to our team.

From the moment we interviewed her, we knew Emma was special. She was intrigued not only by the work we do but also by the charities we support. Emma wanted to be around people who cared about others, and her kind soul, positive attitude, and trustworthiness made her an immediate standout. Her infectious smile brightens our days, and her enthusiasm is truly inspiring.

“We started building at Miami Design District in 2014 during the first phase of the development. Since then we've completed 9 major renovations and a few temporary stores. These projects included a large amount of structural work, ambitious façade designs, and monumental staircases. This is an opportunity for store designers to show off so we often see very unique designs meant to draw attention. However, the workforce and City are notoriously hard to manage, so it has become a real test for us to build trust with our clients. This might be one of the most difficult places to work in the US because of such a difficult combination of schedule, scope of work and workforce. I am super proud of our resilience in this market to earn the credibility of building stores year after year.”
