Dickinson Cameron’s relationship with Cartier has spanned more than 10 years and 20 projects, but perhaps no collaboration is as special as the Cartier Mansion, which opened this week in New York.
The iconic retailer’s flagship store on Fifth Avenue occupies a mansion acquired by Cartier in 1917, and the renovation represents more than two years of painstaking work.
Dubbed “The retail world’s most glamorous boutique”, the store occupies four floors and more than 44,000 square feet of the Mansion. Cartier more than doubled their retail square footage with the renovation, and created rooms named for famous clients such as Elizabeth Taylor and Grace Kelly, and Gary Cooper.
The Cartier Mansion is being showcased in media around the world, and has been called an instant landmark for New York City.
“We are honored for the opportunity, and proud of the part we played in bringing this beautiful historic building back to life,” said Frank Naliboff, CEO of Dickinson Cameron. DCC looks forward to more opportunities to create incredible retail spaces with Cartier.Read More DCC News
